Demo AVI's

Showcasing 3D animation provided in Systemflow 3D Simulator (S3DS) models.  Simply left-click on each image to open the AVI file in Windows Media Player, or right-click and select "Save Target As..." to save the AVI file on your computer local drive.  Animations may be slowed down using "Play/Play Speed/Slow" (Control+Shift+S).

Windows Media Player 11 (for XP)
Windows Media Player 11 (for Vista)

S3DS - Demo 20 (Merge Balanced).avi (8 MB)
High-speed merge at 130 total CPM with 70 CPM on
red lane and 60 CPM total on mixed lane.  Note correct
operation due to balance in loads on each lane.

S3DS - Demo 21 (Merge Unbalanced).avi (9 MB)
High-speed merge at 130 total CPM with 40 CPM on
red lane and 90 CPM total on mixed lane.
  Note accumulation
due to imbalance of greater load on mixed lane.

S3DS - Demo 01 (2 Wrappers with Fail).avi (4 MB)
Pallet conveyors feeding two pallet wrappers changing states between blue (idle), green (busy) and red (failed)

S3DS - Demo 02 (2 Wrapper Flyaround).avi (7 MB)
Flying around two pallet wrappers in 3D space

S3DS - Demo 03 (2 Levels with Elevators).avi (5 MB)
Pallet elevators handling pairs of full pallets, and changing states between blue (idle), green (busy) red (failed), and pink (unloading).  Also note pallet turntables and rejection of red (failed) pallets.  Best viewed at SLOW speed

S3DS - Demo 04 (4 Wrappers with Windows).avi (6 MB)
Four pallet wrappers feeding a collection trunk.  Note window assignment algorithm which allows all spurs equal access to collection trunk, preventing backups

S3DS - Demo 05 (Photoeyes and Merges).avi (11 MB)
Spur lines from production form accumulating slugs, which are then merged into two collection lines and finally a high-speed slug merge. Note photo-eyes changing states between white (unblocked), and red (blocked)

S3DS - Demo 06 (Zipper Merge).avi (5 MB)
High-speed zipper merge with photo eyes at merge entrance controlling brake belts

S3DS - Demo 07 (MineSim Close Up).avi (8 MB)
Final development and beginning of production, note stope color changes during production phases

S3DS - Demo 08 (MineSim Wide View).avi (5 MB)
A wider view of the same mine showing the muck-out ramp

S3DS - Demo 09 (Tote Warmup).avi (16 MB)
Tote fill stations, dump stations, and conveyors during system warm-up

S3DS - Demo 10 (Tote Ramp).avi (30 MB)
Tote dump stations and tote cleaning ramp, with conveyor operation controlled by photo eyes

S3DS - Demo 11 (Tote Empty).avi (12 MB)
Close up of tote dump stations, showing states blue (idle), green (busy) and pink (blocked)

S3DS - Demo 12 (Tote Multi Level).avi (20 MB)
Flying around in 3D showing complexity of conveyor layout and merge/divert control logic

S3DS - Demo 13 (3-Level Induction).avi (26 MB)
Case induction points (each green 3D arrow is a different configurable input - case size, color and rate) for 3-level sortation and palletization system

S3DS - Demo 14 (3-Level Recirc Merge).avi (13 MB)
Middle induction lane halts when recirculation lane fills, and re-circ cases are merged to proceed to sortation

S3DS - Demo 15 (3-Level Sort Release).avi (35 MB)
Sortation lanes releasing one pallet-load of cases when sufficient cases accumulate and palletizer available

S3DS - Demo 16 (3-Level Palletizers Wrappers).avi (4 MB)
Seven palletizers and shrink wrappers changing states between blue (idle) and green (busy).  Simple graphics enable high-speed simulation and animation

S3DS - Demo 17 (Layer Picker Init).avi (38 MB)
Model initialization with source pallets positioning on roller conveyor, then layer picker getting base pallet and picking layers for traveling build algorithm

S3DS - Demo 18 (Picking Round Robin).avi (14 MB)
Picking and packing system with pickers and packers changing states between blue (idle), green (busy) and orange (traveling).  Pickers using round-robin algorithm

S3DS - Demo 19 (Picking Sweep Up Down).avi (18 MB)
Same pick and pack model, but with scenario variable set so that pickers use sweep-up/sweep-down algorithm when multiple pick-to-lights are active

These animations were all created using the native AVI capability built into every Systemflow 3D Simulator (S3DS) models.  If you are interested in simulating your system or would like to learn more about simulation and Systemflow Simulations, please contact us.
